"These public courts are heavily used. The hard courts are in poor condition. There are a lot of rough patches that cannot be easily seen since the city had the courts re-painted and not repaired. Hardly ever have I seen all of the courts with nets and center straps. The clay courts are in good condition, but unless you are a regular there, don't expect to get on an open court."
