"Really nice subdivision. A couple of items to remember: 1. chairs -- they have NO seats there for people to sit in 2. Directions -- ALTA states that it is the 2nd entrance. I am sure that it might be but the first entrance was a LONG ways before the 2nd so you don't think of them as "connected" to the same subdivision. It is better to just use the street name instead."
